Shipping Times

Standard orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days after the order has been processed.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier delays, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

Pre-Orders

For any item marked as a pre-order, shipping times are not guaranteed and may vary significantly depending on production and availability.

Customers purchasing pre-order items acknowledge that delivery dates are uncertain and subject to change without prior notice.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may increase during product launches, holidays, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. saintZ is not responsible for lost packages or delays caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping carrier. However, we will do our best to assist customers in resolving shipping issues whenever possible.
